For all environments, customer communication has been improved and Whatsapp has been added! WhatsApp is a free messaging service that has a large number of users. However, it is not only individuals who can benefit from this application; businesses can also take advantage of the messenger service and use WhatsApp, just like the SMS module, to communicate with your clients. Whether it’s a general text message or an appointment reminder, you can determine for which tasks in GO FiberConnect (GFC) you want to use WhatsApp.

We have developed a new module, which is AI validation. It can be difficult to check whether the photos that are taken match with the reality. Therefore, a new module has been created. With the help of the AI, it checks whether the FTU photo from Appeee is correct. A percentage comes out of this and that is stored in GFC. We will explain all this in the webinar and show how it works.
