GO FiberConnect
offers a practical,
no-nonsense implementation.

The core principle is seamless collaboration. A key characteristic of our software is that it is entirely tailored towards the fiberglass installation process and the integrations with data systems for essential data exchange. Specifically designed for your work process

During the implementation, the GO FiberConnect software is specifically set up to facilitate the FTTH process. Upon delivery, the software will seamlessly tie into the contractor’s process and the client’s demands.

Integrations

Essential integration with the platforms of network providers

During the implementation, we develop integrations with the client’s construction or supply system. These integrations are built using modern web technology with an open architecture (REST APIs) to facilitate the exchange of data between contractors and network providers. GO FiberConnect has already implemented integrations with e.g. task management systems and the construction or supply systems of the biggest network providers. Developing integrations that have not been made before forms part of the implementation process.

This is what the implementation looks like

Kick-off

During this step, we get to know each other better and discuss our expectations. We go over the planning for the implementation and training. During the kick-off, you discuss what information needs to be provided with the consultant – particularly with regard to the engineering files. To guarantee a smooth implementation, we will draw up an action list to specify who must provide what information and when. You will also discuss the project-specific aspects with the consultant and draw up the project planning together. You will review the entire existing process with the consultant.

Result:

  • Overview of required files
  • Project planning
  • Process description of your process

Software setup

The integrations with relevant platforms of the network providers are developed. Based on the process description, the order templates are customised for you. The consultant will also develop the forms for the field service application. The consultant reviews the software with your application manager. The consultant trains the application manager to make minor modifications on their own.

Result:

  • Integration with the network provider’s construction or supply network (via API technology)
  • Order templates, statuses, tasks, workflow set up in back-office application
  • Forms set up in field-service application
  • Knowledge transferred: application manager can make minor modifications on their own

Ready for use

Our consultant tests the entire process one more time together with your application manager. Once everything is set up in accordance with your wishes, the system is ready for use and it is time to train future users. During their training, users will learn to use the software that is fully tailored to the fiberglass installation process. The training revolves entirely around users’ daily activities.
